How far in advance should I book?
A few days ahead is usually enough. In summer or around holidays, more notice helps us reserve the exact item you want.
What is the minimum rental period?
There is no fixed minimum length - tell us the dates or hours you need in the inquiry. We quote fairly in EUR for shorter and longer stays; longer rentals usually mean a lower daily rate.
Where do I pick up and return the item?
You have two options: pick it up at our address in Belgrade (Toše Jovanovića 1) by appointment, or we deliver it to you - hotel, apartment, or the airport. Return works the same way. Tell us your preference in the inquiry and we will confirm the details before you book.
Do you deliver to hotels or the airport?
Yes. We deliver across Belgrade - including hotels, apartments, and Nikola Tesla Airport. The delivery fee depends on your address and timing; we calculate and confirm it before your booking is final.
Do you take a deposit or ID?
No. We do not require a deposit or ID checks that hold funds.
What if my plans change?
Just let us know. Free changes up to 24 hours before pickup or delivery; for short-notice changes we will do our best to accommodate.
